Donald J. Arnold was born in Havre de Grace, Maryland in 1961. He was admitted to the Maryland Bar and authorized to practice law before all Maryland Courts on December 29, 1986, thereafter being admitted to the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland on January 16, 1987, the U.S. Court of Appeals (Fourth Circuit) on April 10, 1991, and the U. S. Supreme Court on July 16, 1993. His educational background includes graduating from Bel Air High School in 1979, Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry (Cum Laude) from West Virginia University in 1983, and University of Maryland School of Law (with honors) in 1986. He is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, and Harford County Bar Association.
Mr Arnold joined the Bel Air Law Office of Frank Meadowcroft right out of college. He worked with the late Mr. Meadowcroft for several years before opening his own Law Office in Bel Air.
Donald Arnold is a long time resident of Harford County, with deep ties to Harford County and Maryland. He is descended on his paternal grandmother's side of the family from original Maryland colonists arriving on the Arc and Dove in 1634 establishing the colony. His parents owned Arnold TV and Appliance in Bel Air for almost 40 years until it was closed by retirement in 1997. He is married with two children and two cats.
Mr. Arnold has successfully represented clients at all levels of the Maryland State Court system, including the Court of Appeals, the Court of Special Appeals, various Circuit Courts, various District Courts, various Orphan's Courts, and various administrative courts including the Office of Administrative Hearings, Workers' Compensation Commission and Maryland Tax Court.

|  Jeffrey C. Hann|
Jeffrey C. Hann joined the Law Office of Donald J Arnold in 2009. He has an Bachelor of Science degree, awarded Summa Cum Laude, in economics from Towson University and a Juris Doctor degree, awarded Cum Laude, from the University of Baltimore. He received the 2005 Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond Baltimore Branch Excellence Award for outstanding achievement in the study of economics. Mr. Hann attended Bel Air High School. He was admitted to the Maryland Bar and authorized to practice law before all Maryland Courts in 2008. He began practicing law in the Westminiser area, but he returned to Harford County when a position opened at our office. Mr. Hann has successfully represented clients at many levels of the Maryland State Court system, including Circuit Courts, District Courts, Orphan's Court, and various administrative courts including the Office of Administrative Hearings, and Workers' Compensation Commission. Mr. Hann is admitted to the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland and has successfully represented clients before the Federal Court. His degree in economics is particularly useful as he assists people through the process of bankruptcy and in the financial aspects of domestic cases. He is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, Harford County Bar Association and the Bankruptcy Section of the Maryland Bar Association.

Michele Davis does not enjoy having her picture taken. She has worked as a Paralegal since 1993 at several law firms in the Bel Air area. In 2001 she received her formal Paralegal Associate of Arts degree from Harford Community College. She is originally from the Perryville area of Cecil County, but now resides in Bel Air where she is active in several community organizations.

Dale Arnold keeps the computer systems, telephone systems and lots of other useful stuff working at our law office. He also conducts research to run down information useful to develop cases and help our clients secure the proper payments for damages and benefits owed. He has a Bachelor of Science from UMUC in Business Administration awarded Magna Cum Laude (GPA 3.952) and an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration from Harford Community College. For three decades his family managed Arnold TV and Appliances. When it was decided to close the business he went to work doing project management for Digex (an internet pioneering company) which was bought by Intermedia which was bought by Worldcom which sold his part to Allegiance Telecom which was bought by XO which decided to shut down all Maryland project offices. He lives in Bel Air, Maryland. Dale is President of the Baltimore Science Fiction Society and in 2008 he was awarded the Volker/McChesney Award for service to the science fiction community. He also constructed this website.
We also have two part time folks. Rosa and Katie assist in dictation, data entry, phone reception and other traditional office duties.
